It's no secret that we're fans of Instagram here in the studio, so what better way to celebrate Christmas than by turning Instagram pictures with the hastag #Christmas into decorative baubles?

We created a site (instabauble.com) that uses a smart algorithm to pull dominant colours from an Instagram photo and display them proportionately as online baubles. Sounds complicated? Just hashtag an Instagram #Christmas and go to the site to find your bauble and you'll soon see how it works. You can even search for friend's or colleagues images on the site.

We also repurposed the technology into creating some good old fashioned Christmas cards, die cut so you can make a physical bauble should you wish. Clients and friends will be recieving theirs in the post, for everyone else think of instabauble as our little treat.

Simple, social, seasonal.
