That's just how we roll

Ok, it's official, we're getting really, really exited about the imminent opening of Yoobi on Lexington Street, Soho. Especially after this week when we met Yoobi's chef Ricky Pang and tried some of the amazing temaki roll recipes he's developed.

We even got a chance to try our hand at rolling and it's not as easy as it looks. However with Ricky and our clients Nicolas and Carolina on hand to provide a little guidance and some fantastic ingredients, our temaki rolls might not have looked perfect but they tasted amazing. Thankfully we won't be rolling the temaki when the restaurant opens, but we'll definitely be in the queue to order them.
