We've been involved in digital projects since bearded men poked punctured cards into machines the size of rooms. Well, not strictly true, but we've been at it a long time. Recently however, the digital side of what we do is growing fast. For this reason we're looking for, quite simply the most talented web developer in the world and an equally brilliant digital producer. No small task!

Web Developer with ambition...

I know I'm biased, but ico is a REALLY good place to work if you're a web developer. There's a lot of freedom to develop yourself and your interests. You will be backed up by a really good and efficient team of designers, supported by knowledgeable and friendly digital producers, work alongside other good programmers and led by a great management team.

Foremost, we need someone who know their way around PHP, CSS, Javascript and MySQL. Other skills on top of this are welcome and encouraged. We're not looking for a code monkey but someone with their own ideas, who is curious and driven to do really good work. We make everything from websites to apps, from interactive installations through to online businesses.

This will be an excellent opportunity for a talented junior/middleweight programmer who wants an environment to test their skills and move on to the next level on high-profile challenging projects. We're open to talent, wherever it comes from so if you can prove you can do what you say you can - we're all ears!

Digital Producer - Multi- talented project leader wanted!

We are looking for a technically aware, brand astute Digital Producer to come on board. Your attitude is as important as your experience. Part project manager, part account manager, part strategist you will have the enviable task of having your finger in every single part of the project pie. We want someone who is hands on, curious, adaptable, excited by new technologies, good with people, organised and able to plan. If you enjoy driving creative projects as much as managing todo lists you could be the one for us.
