Graphis Design Annual 2009 : Gold
ico has been awarded a Gold in the new Graphis Design Annual for our own promotional book. The Graphis Annual is an institution in the international design world. ico have won Gold two years running.

D&AD Annual 2008 : 'In-book'
ico will be featured in the Digital Installation category of this year's D&AD annual for the Wellcome Trust Biometrics and Face Capture installations. An 'in-book' appearance is particularly valued this year as there were no D&AD pencils awarded in any graphic design category.

The 87th Art Directors Club Awards : Merit
ico have been awarded a Merit in the Design Interactive 'Beyond the web' category for the Wellcome Trust Biometrics and Face Capture installations. The projects will feature in The Art Directors Annual 87, which will be available in December 2008.

Design week, Hot fifty - Wellcome Trust
Design patrons come in all shapes and sizes, but few have been as faithful as the Wellcome Trust, the medical research charity that funds research into human and animal health. It has used art and design consistently to dispel the myths that medical research is clinical and impenetrable, and to engage the public in scientific concepts that might otherwise be difficult to comprehend. It is no surprise to find it as the patron of the Science Museum's Wellcome Wing, which uses experimental design to convey scientific principles.
