When completed in 2011, Heron Tower will be one of the most sophisticated office towers in the world. Responding to a challenging brief to produce the best proposition in the marketplace, we worked closely with the team at Heron, the architects and agents to develop a robust brand strategy. It was with this sound underpinning, that the inspiring and comprehensive website was created.
Our Solution
Following the successful launch of the brand in 2009, the site is the latest part in a set of marketing tools that include an impressive literature package, a multi-screen interactive presentation and an extensive marketing suite. All these elements utilise a rich collection of original assets, including: stunning movies and CGIs, inspiring music, evocative location photography and meticulous illustrations, maps, diagrams and tables. The Heron Tower website brings all of these together in a confident and cohesive manner, producing a dynamic and engaging interface.
The building will possess many innovative and unprecedented design features, all of which are powerfully persuasive factors to prospective tenants. A key role of the site is to demonstrate these benefits, which it does effortlessly, by employing intuitive interactive features, flash animations and single-click access to multiple levels of information. The practical issue of accessibility is key and is firmly tied into the brand value of seamless service – the resulting experience is stylishly fluent.
