Total Office : Brand identity

Total Office is an established, independent London-based office supplies company. Having recently merged with another operator, they felt the need for a brand overhaul to communicate their broader offering to customers. ico won a three-way pitch to work on this comprehensive project which includes everything from a new marque and corporate strapline to uniforms and the van livery.

Our Solution

Their name clearly expressed a comprehensive catalogue of supplies, however, in reality, they are able to supply much more than just office products. They have a proactive team that aims to help customers with any request. We devised the strapline ‘Totally possible’ to explain this flexibility. And by using the initial letters ‘TO’, we developed the concept of ‘from X TO X’. Using illustrations of everyday objects juxtaposed with some more unexpected items, we could visually demonstrate the scope of the offering.

A consciously contemporary style, together with a fresh colour palette, will help to raise the perception of the company within the marketplace. Applications include: stationery, corporate literature, catalogues, the website, uniform and van livery.
